Since our member call with James Cannings on building websites for environmental sustainability in August 2021, we’ve been focused more on sustainability. It was also a big topic at the #boye22 conference in Aarhus.
According to Hannah Smith, customers increasingly care. It’s not just a novelty to think about the green web. Iin the UK, Hannah is seeing large and complex organisations integrating sustainability into their procurement for digital services.
In this member call, we’ll hear case studies and examples on how we are actually moving towards a fossil-free internet.
Hannah is the Operations and Training Manager for the Green Web Foundation and founder of #LetsGreenTheWeb. She’s also co-founder of the Green Tech South West community and was a highly-rated speaker at the HE Connect 22 conference in Manchester.
