I recorded this podcast with Nathan Wrigley all the way back in November 2018. Listening to it again, six months later in June 2019, I realise there is a lot of great stuff we covered and I reminded myself of some useful tricks and things to keep in mind!
If you’ve made WordPress websites for clients, you’ll know that one of the hardest parts of the job is successfully communicating with each other. In this podcast I discuss my approach for doing just that. We talk about some of the expectations that I set out to make work with clients go as smoothly as possible. This covers things to discuss up front with each other, setting expectations about how available they and I will be, what the client needs to supply before the work commences and common pitfalls in working with others.
WPBuilds say:
“It’s an interesting talk with some fresh perspectives in this important business area. It will no doubt reasonate with many of you.“
