Event write-up
I was the co-lead (one of two leading organisers) for WordCamp Bristol 2019.
On the speaking front, my job was to prepare and deliver the opening and closing remarks with my co-lead Janice Tye. These remarks essentially bookended the event and set the tone for how people were expected to behave.
The event, which attracted around 220 attendees was a huge success and elicted a lot of great feedback.
